Peter Gowland is the
photographer I have tried most to emulate. His glamour photography has both a
quality of being technically correct, and full of fresh creative ideas. His
work has stood the test of time. Peter's site is not just a collection of
beautiful images, there is enough tips and techniques to keep photographers
busy for years. Peter has authored several books, unfortunately most of which
are out of print. He does have a new book out, and as I understand, another on

Stan Malinowski
photographs women. Stan Malinowski has photographed a generation of top fashion
models in locations ranging from Anchorage to Zurich. He has
had covers on
American Vogue, and Foreign editions of Bazaar. He's had dozens of covers on
Playboy, and Penthouse. Malinowski has photographed Christie Brinkley in
Alaska; Cindy Crawford in Chicago; Isabella Rosellini in New York; Cheryl Tiegs
near Big Sur. He's photographed the collections of Valentino for 20 plus
pages
of advertising in Italian Bazaar, and Paris Vogue. His camera is the Contax.
